Questions to ask yourself if you feel you can’t work due to dysfunction of a major joint

In my previous blog I wrote about listing 1.02 dysfunction of a major joint. If you are having joint pain and feel you are limited in what you can do day to day because of your condition. Here are some questions you should ask yourself if you feel you may meet the listing:

Can you walk up and down the stairs?

Can you walk without assistance from your bedroom to the front door?

Can you lift and carry pot of boiling water from the stove to the sink?

Can you tie your shoes?

Can you type on the computer?

Can you lift and carry a small bag of sugar?

Can you hold on to a full cup of coffee?

Can you reach remove an item from a high self?

Can you perform tasks using both hands repeatedly through out the day?

If you are not able to several of these things and you have been to a doctor who has done testing to diagnosis your impairments you may meet listing 1.02 dysfunction of a major joint.
